These pictures are of a cabin that had a section removed and a 8 foot X 18 foot

Cabin Addition

Sorry, but it's the closest picture that I have to the finishing.
Stairs, railings and trim are missing in this picture.

The building had " 7 " !  layers of roofing material on it,
which was removed and new asphalt shingle roofing was applied.
The complete cabin was sided with cedar shingles and trim.
It was lifted off of its rotted wooden posts and set on concrete blocks.

Note: the "x", "o", "arrow" signifying reference locations.

And twenty years later we are adding to the original porch
and connecting to the kitchen entry.

Using rough 4" X 4"s and 1" X 12"s we began with a 5' X 11' deck
that connected the porch and kitchen.

Next thought was to divide the climb from the driveway,
both elevation and horizontal distance, into thirds.
